Do you deliver and set up florals?
The Collection can be set for pick up from our studio free of charge, or you can have your florals delivered. Delivery is $50 plus $1.50 per mile to your venue. We do not set up the florals - The Collection is delivery only in order to keep it as budget friendly as possible. Everything will come prepped and ready for you to set out!
Delivery & pick up available only on wedding day.
Loose blooms and greens can be set to be picked up 1 or 2 days before.

Is there an order minimum?
Yes, we have a $350 floral order minimum.
If you only need a bouquet and boutonnieres, the best way to hit the minimum is to add a bucket of loose blooms to add where you might need a bit of floral accents. -
How far out do you need my order?
To ensure that we can get all of the product ordered, we need orders a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the delivery/pick up date. Any additions, changes, or cancellations must be made at least one month out. After the one month mark, we will have already ordered the product and we will be unable to accommodate changes or give a refund.
If you need flowers in less than 5 weeks, please email us directly at event@theflowermercantile.com to see if there is any way we can help.
Refunds (prior to the 4 week cutoff mark) are subject to a $95 processing fee.

Can I customize The Collection?
The Collection is designed to provide beautiful flowers at the best possible pricing. In order to do so, The Collection can only be customized by color. The Flower Mercantile reserves the right to make substitutions to fresh product and vases based on availability, quality, and pricing. If you are looking for customization or full service florals, please reach out to set up an appointment with us.

Steps to ordering
No appointment needed
Order flowers up to 18 months before wedding-Submit your order
-We will send you an email with your flower proposal/order.
-Email us back if any modifications need to be made-Once the proposal correctly list all you need, pay ½ the invoice through the link we provide to confirm and set your order.
-1 month before your wedding we will send the proposal again,
message us if you need to add any florals.
Pay in full
Time will get set for Delivery or Pick up-Wedding day flowers will be ready at time we confirmed.
